We do not allow refunds. If any item is defective please contact us immediately upon receiving your package.
NOTE: Any hair that has been altered in ANY way, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be exchanged. Hair must be in its original packaging with all tags and enclosed documents attached. Exchanges and refunds will ONLY be made if Girly Locs is at fault. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your extensions.
The item is your responsibility until it returns to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as well unless we deem the product as faulty on our behalf, then we will refund delivery charges.
When paying with Quadpay, please allow 1-2 extra business days for processing. Orders under $350 will be cancelled.
