Due to the nature of the product as well as health and safety regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not allow refunds. If any item is incorrect please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. We will correct the mistake

NOTE: Any hair that has been altered in ANY way, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be exchanged. Hair must be in its original packaging with all tags and enclosed documents attached. Exchanges will ONLY be made if Girly Locs is at fault. Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

The item is your responsibility until it returns to us. The cost of returning the item to us will be covered by Girly Locs. A return label will be provided.
